Secretly, I looking for fresh ideas ~
This week Catia sent me pictures all the way from Italy where she lives (and occasionally) sews.
I'm completely in love with the flower on the pocket. It reminds of designs used in Hawaiian quilts. Hmm...there's an idea!
Also, great placement idea on the rick rack. This must be how they are showing rickrack on the runways of Milan!
And don't you just love the soft purply-grape color?
Perfect for Spring in Italy ~ wish I was there....

What a lovely apron! And that dear lady recognizes the value of pressing! It looks sooooo crisp and fresh, which the design deserves.
I also look forward to seeing your garden progress, keep those pictures coming. I'm jealous, as we still have loooots of snow!
