Snow Day!

It is a rarity to get snow in Central Texas, but yesterday we had a little bit fall here.  It was above freezing so most of it didn't stick, but I did happen to capture a bit hanging out on some cabbage.  If it had been above freezing, I wouldv'e been able to make a snowball and send it to my snarky daughter who sent me this picture from her driveway in Michigan!

Nevertheless, I was inspired by the cold weather, the gray clouds, and the falling snow.  So, I went to my little fabric stash and whipped up this little number...
What else is a girl to do on a cold, snowy day?

Leslie, I love the new look of your blog! I have not been around here in a while. I still have one of your aprons on my wish list. I'll probably get one in the spring. :)
